Im coming from Australia to live in Olympia for a few months and just looking for some people to ride with and show me some trails.

you'll be right on time for some good mountain biking. I say one place you must ride is Fort Ebey on whidbey island. Lots of exploring and great weather year round. My favorite ride is Chrystal Mountain, however it might not be open until late june/july, unless the snow melts... Best ride books for the area are by John Zilly... at least in my opinion.
